Sarah Young

Sarah Young possesses a diverse background in direct support and customer service roles, spanning several years. Currently serving as Direct Care Staff at Onondaga Community Living Inc since February 2020, Sarah also works as a Direct Support Professional at ARC since August 2019. Prior experience includes a position as Direct Support Assistant (DSA) with OPWDD from June 2017 to August 2019, and a customer service role at Butterfly Liquors from February 2017 to August 2019. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked as a Medical Specialist at National Government Services from October 2004 to October 2007, where responsibilities included managing Medicare claims, billing, eligibility, and providing customer service.
