Saptarshi Lahiri

Saptarshi Lahiri is a skilled librarian currently serving as a MakerSpace Librarian at Onondaga County Public Libraries since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Children's Specialist at Liverpool Public Library from July 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities encompassed developing and executing children's STEAM programs, outreach to local schools and businesses, event coordination, and collection development. Saptarshi also contributed as a Collections Development Intern at the Institute of Veterans and Military Families in June to August 2021. Educational credentials include a Master of Library & Information Science from Syracuse University's School of Information Studies and a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
