Matthew Riley has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2007. In 2007, they were a driver for Red Top Electric, where they organized the delivery schedule for all light fixtures for the John Muir Ambulatory Care Center project site. In 2010, they were a Procurement Intern for Gap Inc., where they ensured all third-party logistics company request for proposals were submitted with the correct format. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Store Management Executive Development Program at Macy's, where they had a rotational Executive Sales Manager position leading businesses ranging from $3.04 Million - $5.5 Million in annual net sales across three different Macy's locations. Since 2014, they have been working at Onosys, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Business Analyst, Client Success Manager, and Menu Engineer. In their roles, they have worked closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize the delivery of value through strategic product enhancements, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to shape a new admin portal, driven the implementation of large-scale ordering platforms for restaurant chains, managed long-term communication and platform promotional strategies for key clients, and assisted with the implementation of Teamwork Desk for the Client Success Team.

Matthew Riley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business Management from Xavier University. Matthew also has a Certificate of Proficiency in Graphic Design from Cuyahoga Community College, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Matthew has obtained four additional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2020, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2020, and two edX Verified Certificates for Introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript Web Development and Sabermetrics 101: Introduction to Baseball Analytics.
