Rhonda Hotard

Rhonda Hotard, CCUE, CFSP, currently serves as the President of OnPath Federal Credit Union since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rhonda held the position of President/CEO at Louisiana Federal Credit Union from September 2000 to August 2024 and served as Comptroller at the same institution from August 1994 to March 2000, where responsibilities included managing accounting, IT, and collections departments, as well as working with auditors to ensure compliance. Rhonda began their career in the US Navy as an Electrician's Mate, Petty Officer Second Class from March 1988 to December 1991. Rhonda holds a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
