George Montalvo, MBA has a wealth of work experience. George began their career in 2006 as a Corporate Services Manager at E*TRADE. During their time there, they led a team of Equity Compensation professionals, directed large corporate initiatives, and implemented customer service level agreements. George then went on to become a Relationship Manager, Senior Manager of Stock Plan Customer Service, and Large Market Segment Leader of Client Services. In 2014, they joined UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Director of Service Excellence, where they reported to the Vice President of Customer Success, led a team of Service Excellence Managers, and prioritized departmental work. Most recently, in 2021, they joined OnPay as Vice President of Client Success.
George Montalvo earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Suffolk University and their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, with a focus in International Business. George also holds a Certified Equity Professional certification from Santa Clara University.
