Jessica Arias

Jessica Arias has worked in Human Resources since 2010. Jessica began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2010. Jessica then moved to Southern Company as a Human Resources Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they joined Insperity as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2021, they joined BeyondTrust as a Human Resources Business Partner and also began working at OnPay as the Director of People & Culture, later promoted to Sr. Director of People & Culture.
