Shahid Akhter

Shahid Akhter is a software engineer currently working at onpier since March 2023. With extensive experience in software development, Shahid held positions at The Workshop - Inventors of Play since September 2022, and previously at Klarna from January 2017 to July 2022, as well as at Billpay GmbH for a brief period in January 2017. Prior roles include Sr. Software Developer at ubitricity from October 2015 to December 2016, Sr. Specialist at Telefónica Germany from October 2010 to September 2015, and Sr. Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra from November 2009 to September 2013. Shahid began the professional journey at Interra Information Technologies (InterraIT) as a Member of Technical Staff from August 2006 to November 2009. Shahid earned a B.E. in Information Technology from IIEST, Shibpur, between 2002 and 2006.
