Josephine Davis

Josephine Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the financial services industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OnPoint Community Credit Union, where they lead DEI strategy, stakeholder engagement, program design, and accountability. Josephine combines their operational and leadership expertise with their passion for celebrating diversity and advocating for marginalized individuals. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the City of Portland and served as the Vice President of Client Experience at Pacific West Bank. Josephine has also held various roles at Mechanics Bank, Scott Valley Bank, Pacific Continental Bank, Selco Community Credit Union, and Pentagon Federal Credit Union, where they handled responsibilities such as relationship management, team leadership, and client service. Josephine's experience includes managing deposit portfolios, facilitating training, recruiting employees, and executing sales campaigns.

Josephine Davis attended the University of Oregon from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Josephine double majored in International Studies and Women and Gender Studies during their time there.
