Ryan Carr

Ryan Carr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan currently works at OnPoint Community Credit Union as a Marketing Partnerships Specialist since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Community Relations at Avalon Health Care Group from October 2021 to April 2022, where they managed marketing and admissions operations for three healthcare communities, increased brand awareness, and built relationships with partners and sponsors.

Before their role at Avalon, Ryan was a Marketing Manager at Western Heritage Property Management from January 2021 to October 2021. There, they developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies for six apartment communities, organized tenant retention and community outreach events, and trained managers on CRM software.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked as a Marketing Assistant at Pacific Star Communications, Inc. (PacStar) from May 2019 to January 2021. Ryan was responsible for developing sales materials, maintaining marketing channels, and coordinating company events, including trade shows. Additionally, Ryan served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman from February 2009 to July 2015. In this role, they managed and mentored junior sailors and marines, ensured medical and dental readiness for deployments, and oversaw a substantial budget for medical and dental supplies.

Ryan Carr attended The College of Saint Rose from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Marketing & Advertising.
