Scott Thompson

Scott Thompson is a Supervisory Committee Member at OnPoint. Scott has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions at global companies such as Worley, OnPoint Community Credit Union, Technology Association of Oregon (TAO), and CH2M HILL (now Jacobs Engineering).

Scott started their career at CH2M HILL in 2004 as the International IT Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the IT operations of Asia Pacific, European, MENA, Canada, and Latin American regions. In February 2018, they became the Director of Service Delivery for Asia Pacific at Jacobs. Scott held this position until April 2019 when they joined Worley as the Director of Service Delivery (ECR).

At Worley, Scott is currently leading the separation and integration of the recently acquired 25,000 person ECR line of business from Jacobs. Scott is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Oregon (TAO).

Scott Thompson has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, San Diego. Scott also has a Certificate in Foundation of Leadership from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Lastly, they have a Masters in Educational Technology from San Diego State University.
