Todd Baize has a diverse range of work experience in the field of production. Todd started their career as a camera operator at WKAR (PBS) at Michigan State University from August 2005 to January 2008. From there, they worked as a camera operator and casting production assistant for MTV in January 2009. Then, they became a gaffer/grip at Euro American Video Services in October 2011, and a locations production assistant at Herrick Entertainment, Plum Pictures, and Circle of Confusion in August 2010. In September 2009, they joined Detroit Public Television (PBS) as a television studio supervisor/producer, where they also served as an associate producer. During their tenure at Detroit Public Television, Todd gained experience in various roles such as studio supervisor, audio engineer, camera operator, lighting director, editor, and floor director. In August 2010, they worked as a camera operator for MTV before transitioning to the role of morning show producer/studio engineer at Alpha Media USA in September 2018. At Alpha Media, Todd was responsible for producing The Bobby Bones Show on 98.7 The Bull and serving as the lead studio engineer for the Bloodworks Live Studio. Additionally, they ran their own freelance production business, Todd Baize Productions, undertaking projects involving television, audio, and film production, which included shooting and editing product demonstration videos for SharperImage. Currently, Todd is working as a content creator at OnPoint Community Credit Union starting from January 2023.

Todd Baize studied at Lansing Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associate Degree in Media Technology with a focus on audio production/recording and sound reinforcement. Todd then went on to attend Michigan State University from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication.
