Ismail Choudhary

Ismail Choudhary's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as an Asst. Shift Supervisor at Multimarine Services Pvt Ltd. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Assistant Manager for US Healthcare/RCM Operations at Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, where they were responsible for managing a team of 100 FTEs and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2012, Choudhary joined Kaizen Global Services as Deputy Manager - Account Receivable, overseeing operational responsibilities for a project focused on Accounts Receivable Management in US Healthcare/Medical Billing.

In 2012, Choudhary also joined Cognizant as a Team Lead and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at IKS Health, where they gained 15 years of overall experience in operations, transition, D&D, business development, training, e-learning, and various other healthcare-related activities. During this time, they demonstrated expertise in managing P&L, end-to-end operations, process re-engineering, and operational efficiencies.

Choudhary returned to Cognizant in 2017 and continued to work there as a Team Lead until 2019. In 2019, they joined OnPoint Healthcare Partners as the Director of Operations, a role they held until 2021 when they became the Associate Vice President. Ismail further advanced within the company, becoming the Vice President (Global Delivery Head) in 2022 and finally the Senior Vice President (Global Delivery Head) in 2023.

Additionally, in 2021, Choudhary served as a Board of Director for OnPoint Delivery Partners India Pvt Ltd, showcasing their leadership and strategic capabilities in overseeing the company's operations.

Ismail Choudhary completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 2004 and 2007.
