Jim Boswell

Jim Boswell has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Jim founded OnPoint Healthcare Partners in 2019 and currently serves as the Founder & CEO. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of Baptist Medical Group from 1996 to 2016. Jim also worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Physician Services at Caremark Ltd from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Greater China Region at Whirlpool Corporation from 1983 to 1993.

Jim Boswell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earning an MBA in Corporate Finance from 1990 to 1993.
