Guillermo Cornejo Gutiérrez

Guillermo Cornejo Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Guillermo has worked as a Director of Digital Service & Automation Delivery at OnProcess Technology, where they led the company's digital self-service capabilities transformation. Prior to that, they served as a Professor at Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Senior Manager of Robotics Process Automation & Business Intelligence at Bridgestone Americas Business Services Costa Rica.

Additionally, Guillermo worked as an Operational Excellence Manager at Bridgestone Americas, where they drove digital and business transformation initiatives. Guillermo also served as an Operational Excellence Project Manager at MSD, where they were responsible for implementing process improvements and Lean Six Sigma training.

Earlier in their career, Guillermo worked as an Operational Excellence Supervisor at Bridgestone de Costa Rica, where they managed quality, financial controls, and process improvements. Guillermo also worked at Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Group/Project Leader, where they led operational and technical manufacturing and engineering teams.

Throughout their career, Guillermo has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Guillermo has experience in driving digital transformation, implementing automation solutions, managing lean projects, and improving operational efficiency.

Guillermo Cornejo Gutiérrez's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Transformation from UPC School and Aden Business School, obtained in the years 2020-2021. Guillermo also holds a Specialist degree in Big Data Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, completed in 2017-2018. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Project Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2013-2015. Guillermo obtained their Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) in the years 2005-2011.
