Ashton Chaffee

Ashton Chaffee has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer at Onramp Invest since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Product Manager at Onramp Academy, where they empowered financial advisors to safely invest in cryptocurrencies. Ashton also worked at Copado as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, leading projects, creating thought leadership content, and organizing webinars. Before that, they gained extensive product management experience at Zylo, where they held both Senior Product Manager and Product Manager roles. Ashton co-founded DinnerCall and worked as the Director of Operations, focusing on optimizing dinnertime sales and providing a smooth omnichannel experience for consumers. Ashton also worked as a Partner at Slane Capital, a pre-seed investment firm, where they gained experience in various functions and collaborated with different portfolio companies. Ashton's early career includes being a CityCorps Fellow at Plan 2020, a Fellow at The Bob Orr Entrepreneurial Fellowship, and an Intern in Regulatory Science and Government Affairs at Dow AgroSciences.

Ashton Chaffee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which was earned between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Butler University from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Business. Additionally, Ashton has acquired several certifications, including WSET Level 2 with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in September 2020 and a CrossFit L1 Trainer certification from CrossFit HQ in June 2013. They have also obtained a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from Scrum Alliance.
