Elena Skountzos

Elena Skountzos is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at OnScent since July 2024. With a robust background in the fragrance and personal care industries, Elena has held various leadership roles at Firmenich from 2006 to 2024, including VP, Global Senior Director of Synergies Business Development, and VP of Brand Accelerator for North America.
