Jim Graziano is a co-founder and President of Onset Marketing, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing and sales lead generation programs. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and sales across various sectors including automotive, industrial, manufacturing, consumer, and defense, Jim has a strong background in client-focused strategies. Prior to Onset Marketing, Jim held the position of Marketing Program Manager at Unisys from 1990 to 2003 and occupied roles in physics, engineering, and marketing at companies such as General Dynamics and TACOM from 1980 to 1990. Jim holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oakland University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
