Erik Kantrud

Erik Kantrud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erik started their career as a Microsoft Inside Sales and Corporate Trainer at SEI CCS Information Technology, where they achieved consistent quarter increases in sales goal and specialized in Solution Selling practices. Erik then moved on to Usher's House (formerly Broken Axe) as a Business Manager and Entertainment Director, where they carried out research and planning for the remodeling of a historical building and provided leadership to a staff of 25+.

Erik later worked at VMC Information Technology as a Microsoft Partner Resource Desk Tier 2 Specialist, providing sales and technical support to partner account managers and creating a new project for regional alignment. Erik then joined AnyCollege.com as a Regional Consultant, focusing on college recruitment consulting.

At Atlas Business Solutions, Inc., Erik served as a ScheduleAnywhere.com Regional Consultant, managing customer support for a 20-state region and conducting deep analysis of marketing tools for direct mail and email campaigns.

Erik then transitioned to the State of North Dakota, first as a Vocational Rehabilitation Business Specialist, managing the development of an On-the-Job Training program and supporting the placement and career development of people with disabilities. Erik later became a Project Manager, handling various projects and grants.

In 2014, Erik worked at TrueDev as a Project Manager, utilizing their technology experience to manage the software development lifecycle of IT projects in various sectors. Erik also had a strong involvement in philanthropy through their work with the Fargo West Rotary Chapter and co-founding the FM Rotary Ride.

Erik then joined Corelink Administrative Solutions as a Project Manager, leading a team of 8 and overseeing IT projects with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $250,000. Erik later became the team Scrum Master and focused on process improvements and team health.

Most recently, Erik worked at ClickDimensions as a Customer Success Manager, providing project planning and leadership throughout the Marketing Technology life-cycle. Erik also offered technical consulting on marketing automation techniques and maintained good relationships with customers.

Currently, Erik is working as a Technical Project Manager at Onsharp, Inc., where they bring together their project management skills and technical expertise.

Erik Kantrud attended North Dakota State University from 1998 to 2004, majoring in Management Information Systems. During their time at the university, they obtained a degree in this field of study. In addition to their formal education, Erik has also obtained certifications in their professional career. In 2013, they became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) through Watermark Learning. In 2015, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
