Karen Ortolano

Karen Ortolano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karen is currently working at OnShore Technology Group as a Senior Proposal Manager. In 1997, they started their own business called Karen Gomolka Editorial Services, where they operated as the Owner/Operator.

Between 2018 and 2023, Karen worked at Ensono, initially as a Proposal Manager for North America, where they managed various RFx opportunities and implemented standardized proposal processes. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior Proposal Manager for North America, leading global training efforts for sales personnel and solutions architects.

Prior to Ensono, Karen worked as a Senior Proposal Writer at Walgreens from 2017 to 2018. Karen also had contract roles as a Technical Writer and Proposal Analyst at Innovative Systems Group and Paladin, respectively.
