E. Joanna Cowart

E. Joanna Cowart has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. E. Joanna began their career in 1991 as an Operations Specialist in the United States Navy, where they focused on analyzing customer needs and improving operational efficiency. After their military service, Joanna transitioned into the private sector, working as a Studio Photographer and Manager at PCA and Olan Mills. In 2013, they joined Onshore Outsourcing as a Tester Specialist and Team Lead, responsible for developing quality assurance standards and conducting software tests. E. Joanna continued to excel in this role until 2017. Joanna then took on a similar position at Onshore Outsourcing in 2018, serving as a Tester Analyst and later as a Tester Analyst/Team Lead. Their responsibilities included analyzing data, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring the quality of software applications. Recently, Joanna joined Little Caesars Pizza in 2022 as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

E. Joanna Cowart completed a certificate program in Tax Preparation at Ashworth College in 2013. In 2010 and 2011, they also obtained a certificate in Medical Billing/Coding from US Career Institute. In 1991 and 1992, they underwent an Operations Specialist Course in the US Navy. Additionally, they graduated from Southeast Bulloch High School in 1990. Apart from their formal education, Joanna has obtained various certifications in areas such as team productivity, leadership, software testing, and database management through LinkedIn.
