Francisco Fernandez III

Francisco Fernandez III has extensive experience in quality assurance, specifically in manual QA testing. Francisco started working at Onshore Outsourcing in 2015 as a QA Analyst and held this role until 2018. In 2020, they returned to Onshore Outsourcing as the Quality Assurance Team Lead for the KnowInk client. In this role, they lead a team responsible for executing test scripts, conducting regression testing, user story testing, bug testing, and monitoring employee timesheets and morale.
