Michael Kohio

Michael Kohio has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Michael started their career as a Business Solutions Manager at Onshore Outsourcing in 2016, where they were responsible for managing various IT projects. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of IT Services, and in 2019, they took on the role of Director of Product Services. Eventually, they became the Head of IT Managed Services, leading the IT department. Prior to their time at Onshore Outsourcing, Michael worked at Danaher Corporation as a Product Support Manager from 2011 to 2016. Overall, they have a strong background in IT management and product support.

Michael Kohio has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. Michael also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Savannah Technical College. In addition to their degrees, they have certifications in IT Information Library Foundations (ITIL) V4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice and additional certifications in Kaizen Leadership and Problem Solving Process from Danaher Corporation.
