Hi, I am Jo and I look after the Claims Team. We work very closely with our Claims Handling Partners and are always looking for ways to improve our service.
The Insurance industry has given me a living for more than 25 years but it is much more than that for me. I love the mix of technical delivery with assisting our members at some of the most difficult times.
I am based in the London office and enjoy spending time in the office and working from home.
