Luis Cintron

Luis Cintron has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luis is currently working as the Chief Data Officer at Onsights.io, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Software Engineer - Data Operations Lead at the same company from January 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining Onsights.io, Luis worked at the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center from May 2019 to November 2021. During their time there, they launched the Cyber Mission Initiative and was responsible for accelerating the use of AI in defensive cyber operations. Luis managed a $25M/8 products portfolio and successfully deployed operational capabilities securing over 15K DODIN users and enterprise networks and enclaves.

Luis also has experience working in the United States Air Force. Luis was a Graduate Student/Researcher at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from August 2017 to March 2019, pursuing a Master's in Computer Engineering. Luis was also an Intelligence Applications Developer - Modeling and Simulation from August 2015 to August 2017, where they conducted design, development, and testing of threat and counter-threat modeling and analysis frameworks.

In addition, Luis has worked at MadMobile as a Mobile Applications Developer from January 2012 to October 2012, where they developed and deployed commercial mobile web applications and native applications. Luis also worked at American Mortgage Consultants, Inc. as a Software Developer from July 2009 to January 2012, where they performed design, development, and deployment of web-based and stand-alone financial applications. Luis' early work experience includes an internship as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft from May 2011 to August 2011.

Luis Cintron's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
