Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc.

Dr. Jerry Hric founded Onsite Neonatal Partners in 1996, ensuring access to premiere neonatal care in community hospitals. Our physician-led organization prioritizes safety, effectiveness, and the practice of evidence-based medicine in each of our Neonatal Intensive Care Units and Special Care Nurseries across the country. With a unique model that places neonatologists in hospitals 24 hours a day, we are able to improve the quality of care and reduce the risk for premature or otherwise fragile infants. This has proven to be better not only for infants but for parents, obstetricians, hospitals—and our own neonatologists too. Onsite Neonatal Partners fosters a unique culture of work-life balance, camaraderie, and support. The best care for our patients starts when our medical providers are healthy: emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our exceptional team of neonatologists, pediatricians, neonatal nurse practitioners, and physician assistants serve at a variety of hospitals across the US. Onsite Neonatal provides a work environment that cultivates professional development and personal enrichment while providing high-quality, evidence-based care for our patients. To date, we’ve supervised care for over 160,000 infants, and we currently employ over 150 medical providers and 75 support staff at our corporate office.
