Heather Azzarone

Heather Azzarone has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and National Director of Clinical Operations at Onsite Women's Health since May 2011. Previous roles include Mammography Technologist and Regional Manager at the same company, as well as Mammography Supervisor at Carney Hospital from October 2009 to January 2011. Heather is also a Navy Veteran, having served in the United States Navy from February 1988 to February 1993. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global, completion of the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management in 2018, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University in 2018. Additionally, Heather trained in Radiologic Technology at DePaul Medical Center School from 1993 to 1995.
