Tracy Sobiesienski has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in 1996 at BRMC, where they held various roles including Director of Education, Director of Quality, House Supervisor, and Staff Nurse Maternal Child. Tracy then joined Vidant Medical Center in 2004 as a Staff Nurse, specializing in labor and delivery. In 2006, Tracy moved to Onslow Memorial Hospital, where they served as the Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery/Postpartum before transitioning to the role of Director of Education.
