Sarah Nord

Sarah Nord has over 15 years of experience in technical communication, process design, solution implementation and education services. Sarah began their career in 2003 as a Documentation Coordinator for Paul Mueller Company. In 2004, they became Manager of Marketing Communications and Technical Writing Manager for Archer Technologies. From 2011 to 2014, Sarah held the role of Marketing Director at The Archer Foundation, where they advised company founders on communicating their value, understanding their competitive advantage and strengthening their client relationships. In 2014, they joined OrangePoint as a Solution Consultant, delivering process, training and solution implementation services to clients. In 2015, Sarah was the first employee at Happy Food Co., where they were responsible for instructional and promotional content, brand development, graphic design, product photography, and process implementation. Since 2017, Sarah has served as Sr. Director of Learning & Client Success and Director of Learning Services for Onspring, equipping clients for success through live and virtual training, documentation and personalized consultations.

Sarah Nord earned a Master of Arts in Writing - Technical and Professional Track from Missouri State University in 2004, following a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from the same institution in 2001.
