Mandeep Singh Rehal

Mandeep Singh Rehal is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Ontario Centre of Innovation since February 2021, Mandeep previously held the position of Business Development Manager at HEC Montréal, where contributions were made to the ERPsim Lab, a leading S4/HANA simulation game used in over 300 universities globally. Mandeep also served as a Senior Venture Manager at Creative Destruction Lab-Montreal, a program focused on scalable, science-based startups. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Head at OYO Rooms, where Mandeep joined post-Series B funding, and as an Entrepreneur/Business Manager at Satguru Enterprises, which focused on machinery trading in the Iron & Steel industry. Mandeep began a career as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vedanta Resources Plc, contributing to a major expansion project. Educational qualifications include an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
