Mona Eghanian, MBA, P.Eng, currently serves as the AVP for the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network at the Ontario Centre of Innovation, a position held since August 2017. Eghanian has progressed through various roles, including Director of Strategy and Programs and Senior Manager of Automotive and Mobility Innovation. Prior to this, Eghanian worked at CIBC from July 2012 to August 2017 in multiple capacities, including Senior Manager of Strategy and Solutions and Analytics Lead. Earlier experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Carmeuse North America and as an Environmental Engineer at St. Marys Cement. Eghanian holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Western University.
