Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and legal support. Since October 2020, Shannon has served as Team Lead in the Programs Department at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, responsible for reviewing applications and ensuring adherence to program guidelines. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at TTL Health Law as a Paralegal and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included IT coordination and support for a new legal practice. Shannon's background includes roles at Gardiner Roberts LLP as a Paralegal Intern, and at Sears Canada in various positions such as Health & Safety Coordinator, where compliance and training were key duties. Earlier experience at Shoppers Drug Mart involved customer service and team supervision. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Psychology from Carleton University.
