Delia Sinclair Frigault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic policy development and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within regulatory environments. Currently serving as the Interim Manager of Strategic Policy at the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Delia leads the establishment of a comprehensive Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy across various college programs. Previous roles include Manager of Strategic Policy & Analytics and Strategic Policy Advisor at the same organization, focusing on significant initiatives such as opioid strategy development and cross-jurisdictional policy reviews. Delia has also contributed to healthcare standards and stakeholder engagement at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and played a key role in public policy and stakeholder relations at the Alzheimer Society of Ontario. Delia holds a Master of Science in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University, complemented by a recent certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from The University of British Columbia.

The Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), incorporated in 1871, is the registering and regulating body for the profession of pharmacy in Ontario.
