Elena Moreno

Elena Moreno is an experienced communications professional with a focus on bilingual outreach and stakeholder management. Currently serving as a Bilingual Senior Communications Officer at the Ontario College of Teachers since May 2023, Elena has previously held multiple roles at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario from November 2019 to May 2023, including Senior Communications Advisor and Corporate Affairs Advisor. Elena's expertise encompasses strategic planning, project management, and communication material development in both English and French, alongside a strong background in government relations and policy analysis from roles at the European External Action Service and IFAIR. An accomplished academic, Elena holds a Master’s Degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe, as well as additional master's degrees and undergraduate qualifications in interpretation, translation, and Chinese studies.
