Heather Ford

Heather Ford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2007, they began volunteering at San Antonio Regional Hospital, where they later became a Lab Technician, gaining experience in phlebotomy and specimen handling until 2019. During their time at the hospital, they also volunteered in multiple departments and assisted with training new volunteers. In 2014, they worked as a Photographer at Jc Penny Portrait Studio for a brief period. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Corporate Relations Coordinator at The Heart Matters Foster Family Agency, focusing on building partnerships and increasing agency partners. Heather then joined Quest Diagnostics as a PSR Float II from 2020 to 2021, handling patient lab orders and acting as a site lead as needed. Currently, Heather is working at GOCAL - Greater Ontario California as a Convention Sales Manager, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strengths in donor relations, grant writing, event leadership, and team management.

Heather Ford has an educational background in the field of counseling and social work. In 2021, they attended Brandman University where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, which they completed in 2022. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, Heather obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Brandman University. Heather'searlier education included a period from 2011 to 2016 at Chaffey College, where they pursued a general education program, although they did not obtain a degree during that time. Additionally, in May 2020, Heather earned a certification as a California Department of Public Health Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT 1) from the CA Department of Public Health.
