Jörg Schmitt has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jörg began their career in 2001 as a Vertriebsingenieur at Elkamet Kunststofftechnik GmbH, where they worked until 2007. Jörg then joined Hettich Group in 2007 and held the position of Key Account Manager Automobilbranche until 2019. During their time at Hettich Group, they also served as the Leitung Produktmanagement Kinematik Automotive from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined castwerk GmbH & Co. KG as a Key Account Manager Automobilbranche, leaving in 2022. Currently, they are working as the Director of Business Development Europe at Ontario Die International.
Jörg Schmitt obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Engineering (BBAE) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen between 2001 and 2004.
