David Xing

David Xing, DEng, currently serves as an Analyst in Performance Analytics & Reporting at the Ontario Energy Board, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, David worked as a Machine Learning Scientist at Momentum Financial Services Group from November 2021 to April 2023, and as an Analyst II at PRGX Global Inc. from November 2019 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Trust Manager at CITIC Trust Co., Ltd from December 2016 to February 2019, and as an Investment Manager at CITIC-CP Asset Management Company between June 2013 and November 2016. David began a career in finance as an Industry Analyst at CITIC Securities Company Limited in 2009. Educationally, David holds a Doctor of Engineering in Power Engineering & Engineering Thermophysics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
