Patricia McKernan RN BA MBA FISQua serves as the Director of Quality and Risk Management at Home and Community Care Support Services Central West since January 2016, overseeing quality improvement, safety, enterprise risk management, accreditation, knowledge management, and professional practice. Patricia has held multiple leadership roles in quality and risk management, including Director of Quality, Risk & Safety at the same organization and Director of Risk Management & Quality Improvement at St. Michael's Hospital. Additionally, Patricia has contributed as a Surveyor with Accreditation Canada since 2007 and as a board member for Providence Healthcare. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies from York University.
