Jenny Lass is a senior specialist and lead medical editor at Cancer Care Ontario. Prior to their current role, Jenny worked as a writer and editor at various organizations such as the University of Toronto and SCRPT Medical Writing/Press Inc. Jenny also co-authored the bestselling Grain-Free Gourmet cookbook series and holds degrees in MA Human/Medical Geography and Holistic Nutrition.
