Lan (Jade) Nan is a seasoned professional in health informatics with extensive experience in decision support and performance advisory roles. Currently serving as a Performance Advisor at the Ontario Hospital Association since January 2023, Jade has previously held positions such as Decision Support Advisor-Case Costing at Trillium Health Partners and Case Costing Consultant at William Osler Health System. Jade also completed a practicum at the Medical Imaging Informatics Research Centre at McMaster. Prior to specializing in health care, Jade worked as a Product Manager/Account Manager at Roche and as a Technical Sales Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Jade holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Waterloo, focusing on the integration of health care delivery, computer science, and information technology.

Established in 1924, the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) serves as the voice of the province’s public hospitals, supporting them through advocacy, knowledge translation and member engagement, labour relations, and data and analytics with the goal of helping hospitals build a better health system. The OHA is also attuned to the broader strategic questions facing the future of the province’s health care system and we work to ensure Ontario’s hospitals have a voice in shaping this longer-term vision.
