Ahmed Aman possesses extensive expertise in drug discovery and analytical chemistry, currently serving as a Scientific Advisor and Principal Research Scientist at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since January 2009. In these roles, Ahmed leads in vitro ADME assays, metabolism studies, and collaborates with external researchers. Prior experience includes managing ADME and analytical chemistry capabilities and serving as a Senior Group Leader at Bellus Health, where analytical studies were developed to support drug discovery. Additionally, Ahmed holds an Assistant Professor status at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, since July 2019. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Queen's University, obtained in December 1998.
