Rebecca Tamarchak

Rebecca Tamarchak has diverse work experience in the health and life sciences field. Rebecca has held various roles at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, including Head of Strategy, Governance, and Partnerships, Senior Director of Strategy and Governance, Director of Strategic Planning and Governance, and Director of Strategic Planning and Performance. Rebecca also served as the corporate secretary for the OICR Board of Directors.

Rebecca Tamarchak completed their Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biochemistry (Co-op) from Concordia University between 1996 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Cell Biology and Immunology at Yale University from 2000 to 2006.
