Director Of Customer Experience at Ontario International Airport

Tiffany Sanders has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an intern at CBS Radio in 2010. Tiffany then had a brief internship at Dallas Observer, where they wrote and edited editorials. In 2013, they joined Houston ISD as a HR Strategic Communications Manager, responsible for managing internal and external communications for the Human Resources Department. In 2017, they moved on to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as a Senior Internal Communications professional. In 2018, they transitioned to Ontario International Airport, where they initially served as the Terminal Manager before becoming the Director of Customer Experience in 2021.

Tiffany Sanders has a Master's degree in Journalism, which they obtained from the University of North Texas between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown, attending from 2009 to 2011. Tiffany pursued their undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University from 1999 to 2002, where they focused on Journalism and Public Relations. Before this, they attended Clark Atlanta University from 1996 to 1999, majoring in Mass Communications. Tiffany has also obtained additional certifications in areas such as Creating a Positive Work Environment from Traliant in July 2022, and Ally Program Certification (GLBTQ Allies and Awareness) from the University of North Texas in June 2012.
