Willie Edwards

Willie Edwards has extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industries. Willie served as the Director of Customer Experience at Ontario International Airport Authority since June 2017. Previously, they worked for MGM Resorts International as the Director of Training from April 2010 to June 2017. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Airport Operations at Southwest Airlines from June 2003 to August 2008. Willie also served as the Regional Director of 7 Airports and Station Manager at Southwest Airlines from 1989 to 2003.

Willie Edwards obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016.
