Kiran Penumala

Kiran Penumala serves as the Director of Transaction Structuring at Invest Ontario since January 2023, leading a team responsible for the comprehensive process of deal structuring, documentation, negotiation, and closure of various financial deals for the province. Prior to this role, Kiran held the position of Director of Development at Infrastructure Ontario from September 2019 to January 2023, where achievements included leading mixed-use projects valued at approximately $2 billion and developing proposals for significant urban developments in the Greater Toronto Area. Kiran's extensive experience also encompasses roles as an Independent Consultant, Deputy General Manager at Ozone Group, and Senior Consultant at KPMG, focusing on investment advisory and transaction structuring across multiple sectors. Educational credentials include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
