David Collie

David Collie, FCPA, FCMA, C.Dir., MBA, currently serves as the Acting Board Chair and Chair of the Human Resources and Governance Committee at the Independent Electricity System Operator, alongside roles as Board Chair at Call2Recycle and Board Member at EWI, the Ontario Medical Association, and the CWB Group. With extensive leadership experience as President and CEO of Burlington Hydro and Strategic Advisor to the Board at the Electrical Safety Authority, David has also chaired the Electrification and Energy Transition Panel for the Ministry of Energy, Ontario. David's academic credentials include an Executive Education from Harvard Kennedy School, a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University, and an MBA from the University of Windsor, underpinned by a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
