Prashanth Sivarajah

Prashanth Sivarajah is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Administrator at the Ontario Medical Association since November 2022. Previous roles include Co-Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee and Human Resources Assistant at Bayshore HealthCare, and various positions at Mackenzie Health, including Human Resources Representative and Recruitment Intern. Prashanth has also worked as an Academic Mentor at TutorBright and served as a Faculty of Health Ambassador at York University, recognized with a Certificate of Outstanding Contribution and a Letter of Recognition from the Dean of the Faculty of Health. Prashanth holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Management from McMaster University, a Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies with a focus on Health Policy and Management from York University, and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Toronto.
