Amanda Dench

Amanda Dench serves as the Board Secretary for the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at the Art Gallery of Ontario from August 2012 to March 2022, including Manager of Board Relations & Corporate Secretary, along with other titles related to board relations and corporate secretarial duties. Amanda's earlier experience includes significant roles at the Ontario Heritage Trust and Winchurch Environmental Inc., where Amanda served as Executive Assistant and Office Manager, respectively. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University and is currently pursuing the NFP Governance Essentials Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
