Robin Starkey Harpster

Robin Starkey Harpster is a seasoned psychotherapist with extensive experience in maternal mental health and women's issues, currently operating a private practice since December 2013. Additional roles include serving as Secretary for the Board of Directors at Postpartum Support International and Chapter Coordinator for The Motherhood Consortium in San Gabriel Valley. Prior to these positions, Robin worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Coordinator for the New and Young Families Program at the Institute for Girls' Development. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Community Mental Health Therapist at Aviva Family and Children's Services and a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee/Child Counselor at Girls Incorporated of Greater Santa Barbara. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
