Brandon Vuong is an experienced IT professional with a focus on operations and network administration. Currently serving as Team Lead – IT Operations and previously as Network Administrator at Ontario Nurses' Association since July 2013, Brandon has extensive expertise in managing and supporting technical environments. Prior experience at VMware included roles as Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer and Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included providing technical assistance and managing escalations for critical support customers.
