Chris Leslie is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and application management, currently serving as the Manager of Applications Development at the Ontario Nurses' Association since April 2021. Chris has a strong background in managing teams of developers and analysts, overseeing enterprise application development using Dynamics CRM/365, and supporting a large user base. Previous roles include Manager of Technology Applications at the College of Nurses of Ontario, Manager of Software Development at Microdea Inc., Director of Engineering at CiRBA, and Director of Software Solutions Development at Exposoft, among others. Chris possesses a solid educational foundation in Electrical Engineering, holding multiple diplomas and a master's diploma.

The Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) is a proactive union committed to improving the economic welfare and quality of work-life for our members, to enable them to provide high-quality health care. Founded in 1973, the Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) is the trade union that represents 60,000 registered nurses and allied health professionals working throughout Ontario, including: hospitals community health long-term care public health clinics industry Each facility represented by ONA has a Bargaining Unit President that oversees union activities within that facility. The provincial organization is divided into Locals, which is headed by a Local Coordinator. Bargaining Unit Presidents as well as Local Coordinators are ONA members, and are members' best source of information as it pertains to their facility.
